About Me
Soroush Sadeghi is currently pursuing a Performer Diploma in Collaborative Piano at Indiana University Bloomington’s Jacobs School of Music, where he also received his Master of Music. He serves as an Associate Instructor in the Chamber and Collaborative Music Department, studying under esteemed mentors Anne Epperson, Kevin Murphy, and Aram Arakelyan.
Before his time at Indiana, Mr. Sadeghi was a well-established collaborative pianist in Iran, working with universities, music schools, and festivals. He collaborated with the Tehran Opera Ensemble on productions like *Hansel and Gretel*, *Les Misérables*, and *The Sound of Music*, and performed with the Tehran Symphony Orchestra under conductor Alexander Rahbari.
Mr. Sadeghi has released two albums: *From Italy to Persia* (2022), featuring collaborations with oboist Aryan Gheitasi, and *Oblivion* (2019), a project with the Tehran Quintet, which won Silver at the 2020 Global Music Awards. He has also participated in master classes with renowned pianists and worked as a staff pianist at the Interlochen Arts Camp in 2023.
